Trump arrives at New York City courthouse to face Alvin Bragg’s prosecution, says case is ‘assault on America’

President Donald Trump arrived at the courthouse in New York on Monday morning and told the press that the case is an "assault on America" and an "attack on a political opponent."

As Trump arrived in the Big Apple, he made a statement to the press about the case brought by left-wing NYC District Attorney Alvin Bragg alleging that Trump falsified business documents by listing payments to lawyer Michael Cohen as legal fees, who used that to make payments to porn star Stormy Daniels amounting to $130,000 right before the 2016 election.

"There is no case and they've said it," Trump told the press. "People that don't necessarily follow or like Donald Trump said this is an outrage that this case was brought."

Trump further added that he was honored to be there and said that the case really boiled down to political persecution.
