Tucker Carlson has reportedly conducted an interview with Vladimir Putin in Moscow.
There had been much speculation about a potential sit-down between the Russian leader and the former Fox News host following sightings of the latter in the Russian capital, and it appears to have been confirmed by a source within the country.
"As far as I understand, Tucker Carlson got what he wanted," journalist Alexei Venediktov posted on X on Tuesday, translated into English.
Venediktov is the former editor-in-chief of Ekho Moskvy, a liberal radio station that was shut down when Putin cracked down on media critical of him and the Kremlin.
