Attorneys for former President Donald Trump say they have "lost 100% confidence" in the investigation into whether Trump pressured state officials to overturn results in Georgia from the 2020 presidential election. The attorneys' response follows a recent media blitz from Emily Kohrs, the foreperson for the Georgia special grand jury.

Attorney Drew Findling believes the investigation has been "compromised."

"We've lost 100% confidence in this process. We feel this process has been compromised," Findling told CBS News' "Face the Nation" on Sunday.

Findling's comment came in response to Kohrs, who hinted during a recent media blitz that the special grand jury had recommended more than a dozen indictments. Trump's attorneys suggest Kohrs has tainted Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis' attempt to charge Trump.

"We have no chagrin towards this foreperson," Findling said of Kohrs. "And it looks like they lost perspective over keeping separation between prosecuting attorneys and the members of this grand jury.
