Doctor who opposed Covid mandates found guilty of ‘misinformation’ by Ontario physicians board

The Ontario Physicians and Surgeons Discipline Tribunal has judged Dr. Mark Trozzi guilty of misconduct and spreading “misinformation” because of his opposition to Covid-19 mandates.

The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) told the tribunal that Dr. Trozzi's criticism of Covid-19 health mandates were "misinformation” and that it possesses the legal right to restrain free expression to stop the spread of misinformation in the interest of the public good and for the sake of the professional conduct.

His lawyer called that an affront to free speech in Canada, according to The Epoch Times.

The tribunal did not accept Trozzi's argument that the tribunal was squashing his free speech and that in doing so it would prevent other doctors from questioning government policy and encouraging scientific discussion.
